Description
CRISIS: Renewable Energy Modules is a pair of promo tiles for CRISIS, our hit 2016 game. They are included in the Brettspiel Adventskalender 2018 advent calendar, published by Frosted Games.
Designed by Pantelis Bouboulis & Sotiris Tsantilas and illustrated by Anthony Cournoyer, the Renewable Energy Modules promo is developed by the same team that brought you CRISIS, and along with Diesel Demolition Derby and Dieselpunk edition of Long Live the Queen, it is part of the CRISIS universe.
The Renewable Energy Module is an experimental device that was developed by talented high school students in Axia and is offered by the government to help generate clean energy and support struggling companies.
SETUP
For games with 1 or 2 players, use one Renewable Energy Module tile. For games with 3, 4 or 5 players, use both Renewable Energy Module tiles. Place the tile(s) next to the board.
GAMEPLAY
At the end of the Evaluation phase the Renewable Energy Module tile is given to the player with the fewest VP. If both tiles are in the game, they are given to the players with the fewest and second- fewest VP.
If there is a tie for fewest VP, the tile is given to the tied player who is last in turn order.
USING THE RENEWABLE ENERGY MODULES
During 4.13. Production any players with a Renewable Energy Module tile can place it on any one of their activated Companies that has Energy as an input resource.
The tile covers all Energy needs of that Company for that production round, regardless of how many Energy resources are needed.
After resolving 4.13. Production the players return any Renewable Energy Module tiles that they hold back next to the game board.
